Product Details
Bacteriostatic Water for Injection (BWFI) is USP-grade sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol as a bacteriostatic preservative. It is the standard reconstitution diluent for lyophilized peptide research compounds intended for multi-dose vial use.
Composition. Sterile water for injection with benzyl alcohol 0.9% w/v as preservative. Compatible with most peptide research compounds; not suitable for compounds where benzyl alcohol interferes with structure or assay.
Applications. Peptide-reconstitution diluent, multi-dose-vial preservation, comparative diluent research.
