Product Details
Cagrilintide is a long-acting synthetic analogue of amylin, the pancreatic hormone co-secreted with insulin. It engages the amylin-receptor complex (CTR + RAMP) with extended half-life suitable for once-weekly research dosing.
Mechanism of Action. Cagrilintide activates the amylin receptor in the area postrema and hypothalamus, modulating satiety, gastric emptying, and post-meal glucose excursion.
