Product Details
FOXO4-DRI (also called FOXO4-D-Retro-Inverso) is a synthetic peptide engineered from the FOXO4 transcription factor in a stable D-amino-acid retro-inverso form. It disrupts the FOXO4-p53 interaction in senescent cells.
Mechanism of Action. FOXO4-DRI competes with native FOXO4 for binding to p53 in senescent cells, releasing p53 to translocate to the nucleus and trigger apoptosis specifically in senescent populations.
Applications. Senolytic-pathway research, senescent-cell biology, p53/FOXO4 interaction studies, comparative senescence pharmacology.
