Product Details
Kisspeptin-10 is the C-terminal decapeptide fragment of the KISS1 gene product, retaining full activity at the GPR54 receptor (KISS1R). It is the reference compound in HPG-axis neuroendocrine research.
Mechanism of Action. Kisspeptin-10 activates GPR54 on hypothalamic GnRH neurons, driving LH and FSH release through pulsatile GnRH secretion. It is upstream of the entire HPG axis.
Applications. HPG-axis pharmacology, GPR54 receptor research, fertility-pathway studies, comparative neuroendocrine investigation.
